This is so sad for the mom and the child. I do hope everything will turn out alright for the both of them.

I thought the child would be Ami-chan but reading most for the comments here, I'm not sure for myself now. >< This is going to be one of those "kick you where it hurts" because once you tell everyone who she is, we're going to be like "No way! That was her! =O".

I always thought that she was Minako. Something about the personality seemed more like Minako than Ami. As for Hotaru, I was wondering if she'd be Makoto's little sister. That or it'll turn out to be Mamoru. Who said the baby had to be a girl?

For a long time, I thought this kid could be Minako, just because she was always with that toy cat, but looking at all those comments down below, I'm kind of doubting it now. You ARE planning on revealing who she is in the future, aren't you?
